So here’s the story. After starting Speculo and growing VERY quickly inside of the real estate world, we decided we wanted to be more than just a vendor! Therefore, we found a brokerage and jumped in as the new majority investor owner.

After 10 months of tireless work, we turned the brokerage from losing roughly $35,000 a month to just about profitable. How did we do that you ask? What got us wanting to buy into a brokerage in the first place as a trend we noticed. The industry is headed to a place it was back in the 70s where agents are looking to their brokerages to have technology, resources, support, and overall leverage. We saw a massive gap in the brokerage world in which leaders needed the education and resources to be able to provide this to their agents.

This is where we come in! Our mission when creating our brokerage was to create a brokerage that services as the complete real estate services and technology brokerage hub for the top teams and agents looking to build streamlined and cost effective businesses ready for growth.
